Paris, January 7, 2026 - hipto, a benchmark player in sales performance and multichannel acquisition, announces the acquisition of Zone ADSL&Fibre, a long-standing telecom comparison service specializing in the analysis of fixed and mobile network quality. This is the first acquisition by the hipto group, a structuring milestone fully aligned with its development strategy and the consolidation of its positioning as a sales hub.
Zone ADSL&Fibre, more than 20 years of expertise serving consumers
Founded in 2002 by the Adverline group, then integrated into La Poste group in 2012, Zone ADSL&Fibre established itself as a benchmark player in comparing internet and mobile offers. Taken over by Benjamin Gervais, former Operations Director of the group, Zone ADSL&Fibre underwent a major strategic transformation: enriching price comparison with an in-depth analysis of network quality (fiber, mobile, 4G/5G, speeds, outages).
Thanks to advanced use of data and a resolutely user-oriented approach, the platform has positioned itself as a recognized barometer of telecom network coverage and performance in France.
A model combining technology, data and sales performance
Zone ADSL&Fibre now relies on a hybrid model combining:
- an affiliation activity, generating sales through partner operators,
- a telephone sales channel, enabling users to be guided in choosing the most suitable offer across multiple operators.
This approach combines information, transparency and sales efficiency, while meeting a growing need to understand network quality issues.
By integrating Zone ADSL&Fibre’s expertise into our acquisition ecosystem, hipto strengthens not only network analysis but also lead generation efficiency, combining advanced digital prospecting methods, optimization of telecom journeys and data use to maximize conversions.
A strategic acquisition at the heart of hipto’s vision
With this acquisition, hipto strengthens its acquisition and conversion ecosystem by integrating:
- advanced expertise in SEO, GEO, high-value content and integration into LLMs,
- data- and product-oriented technologies and tools,
- an additional monetization channel through assisted sales by phone or online.
For its part, Zone ADSL&Fibre will benefit from hipto’s mastery of paid media, flow management and sales performance optimization, as well as the operational strength of a structured group. “This rapprochement is based on a shared vision: building acquisition and sales journeys that are smarter, more efficient and more useful for users.
