Q1 – Where did you grow up?

I was fortunate enough to grow up in the west of Brest, by the sea—a truly incredible region. But above all, I grew up on a sailboat!

Q2 – What's the first thing you do in the morning?

I turn off my alarm clock twice... and the third ring usually serves as the perfect signal to wake up.

Q3 – In general, what inspires you?

It is mainly my family and my friends who inspire me every day.

Q4 – What are your hobbies and interests outside of work?

As a recent Parisian, I spend my weekends visiting museums and exploring the different neighborhoods of the city. Paris is truly an incredibly beautiful place, rich in culture – that's absolutely fantastic!

Q5 – Why did you join hipto?

There are two main reasons why I chose hipto.

• The work environment: The people I met during the various interviews inspired me with confidence. I felt very confident about my place within the team!

• The requirements: I was looking for a general HR position at a growing company. The HR manager role met all my expectations. I thought I would learn a great deal from the experience—and I wasn't wrong!

Q6 – What is the most important challenge you face in your work?

As an HR Manager, it's advantageous to join a company with around thirty employees. There are numerous HR processes and initiatives to implement in order to manage and support our growth. However, the biggest challenge is likely our recruitment volume—we are seeking a large number of talented individuals in 2022.

Q7 – Three words you could use to describe hipto?

• Responsibility: hipto offers the opportunity to assume responsibilities upon graduation. This responsibility also means freedom, as I am in charge of all HR matters—a true field of action where I can exercise my authority.

• Speed: It's one of our core values, but it's true that everything happens at an extremely fast pace from every perspective.

• Atmosphere: We're fortunate to be a truly excellent team! It's a real pleasure to work at hipto.

Q8 – What is an RSE (Social and Environmental Responsibility) project that you would like to implement at hipto?

There are plenty of options available! But the very first action that comes to mind is recycling coffee grounds and cigarette butts. It's a simple Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative that's easy to implement.
