Q1 - Where did you grow up?

In the Lorraine region, Nancy, town of Place Stan (the most beautiful in Europe, we highlight what we can…)

Q2 - What is the first thing you do in the morning?

I have a coffee and check my emails to check if my data flows have been executed correctly.

Q3 - Generally, what inspires you?

The search for solutions and creativity, I feel buoyed when we collectively solve a recurring problem by complementing different people or skills.

Q4 - Generally, what motivates you?

Simplify everyday life; Ex-Auditor, I was often frustrated by mind-numbing tasks that had no added value. Data has allowed me to eliminate dusty business processes and unlock value through analytics. Making decisions means relying on reliable, clear, crystal-clear data without asking teams for endless copy-pasting or cross-analysis of 50,000 Excels.

Q5 - What are your hobbies and interests outside of work?

Cinema and reading mainly. Cinema, because it allows me to immerse myself in a culture for 90 minutes, reading, because it allows me to reflect on an essay without artifice or oriented images.

Q6 - What advice(s) would you give to your 18 year old self?

Just one: we are all irrational by nature, your choices don't define you, it's what you get out of them and learn from the consequences that make you, so don't worry, choose and you'll see later because you don't control anything.

Q7 - Why did you join hipto?

To help the company grow intelligently, the teams needed a clear analytical vision, I presented mine to them and they were ok to invest in my data vision (there are an infinite number of ways to deploy data in a company); I have a clear and precise vision and it worked!

Q8 - What is the most important challenge to face in your work?

Anticipating, I say it very often, the technique is learned through method, but being able to anticipate this requires curiosity, a capacity for projection and a feeling for the teams. Building tools is relatively methodical, but anticipating uses is more complicated. I build tools that will be used every day so I might as well anticipate user needs and experiences (this can't be learned at university unfortunately ^^)

Q9 - What has made you grow as a person since working at hipto?

I became more optimistic. Before, I was very particular about the deliverable (Big Four School), a perfectionist before communicating, I was also very procedural and if things didn't go well, I told myself that it wasn't quality. But in fact, delivering with feedback makes the work more pleasant and if it doesn't respond, that's okay, we readjust and that's normal. Both in work and in infinite life.

Q10 - 3 words you could use to describe hipto?

Effective, Fun, Optimistic.

Q11 - What do you like most about hipto?

It's cliché, but the atmosphere is super important, colleagues who work, are conscientious in their work but are always ok to have a little drink, are available if you have questions (except the head of CSM but you shouldn't say that) and above all! the motto “Test and Learn” leaves room for experimentation as long as we can measure; We don't expect executors at hipto, we want collaborators who bring their vision.

Q12 - A CSR project that you would like to implement at hipto?

Team building in Bora Bora?

Q13 - The final word or phrase?!

In data we trust :p
