Q1 - Where did you grow up?

I grew up in Lyon.

Q2 - Generally, what inspires you?

These are people who have values ​​and convictions, and who manage to do everything possible to follow through on their idea.

When I am trusted and I feel that my work can have a positive impact.

Q4 - What are your hobbies and interests outside of work?

I like live performance: theater, improvisations, contemporary shows. I also like board games.

Q5 - Why did you join hipto?

I joined hipto because I wanted to work in a fast-growing company, such as a start-up, having already found a viable business model.

Q6 - Can you tell us about your journey at hipto?

I arrived in November 2020. I was at the creation of the Admin / Finance / HR department. At the time there were only ten of us, today there are 45. In September the center expanded by welcoming our RRH.

Q7 - What is the most important challenge to face in your work?

The most important challenge is to achieve good knowledge in the different areas covered. These topics are often quite technical. The challenge is therefore to surround yourself with the right partners who will be able to support hipto in the long term.

Q8 - What has made you grow as a person since working at hipto?

I discovered lots of new things that I hadn't done before: managing partnerships with banks, setting up management control, organizing corporate events. On a human level, it is human resources management and the management of my team that have helped me grow the most.

Q9 - 3 words you could use to describe hipto?

Performance, Innovation and Quality.

Q10 - What do you like most about hipto?

What I prefer is the atmosphere: both very serious and at the same time relaxed

At hipto, I was immediately trusted, I was able to show what I was capable of doing, and it was a very pleasant working environment.
