Q1 – Where did you grow up?

I grew up in Pessac, near Bordeaux. I'm a true product of the South (that's the technical reference). An anecdote about Pessac: it's there that the Monnaie de Paris manufactures all French euro coins.

Q2 – What's the first thing you do in the morning?

I can't do anything without a hot shower. It helps me wake up and start the day properly.

Q3 – In general, what motivates you?

Perseverance? It's what compels us to roll up our sleeves and work tirelessly toward success, yet it also helps us overcome all the challenges in both personal and professional life. I believe it is precisely in adversity that we improve—and as the saying goes, you have nothing without having something!

Q4 – What are your hobbies and interests outside of work?

I really enjoy going to the cinema, watching TV series at home, or strolling through Parisian shops. But what I truly love most is spending hours with my friends playing video games.

Q5 – What advice would you give to your 18-year-old self?

Don't be afraid to make decisions. Even if you make a mistake, you'll always find a way to correct it.

Q6 – Why did you join hipto?

When I joined hipto in early 2020, my goal was to explore digital marketing. Today, my motivations have changed. hipto is a project that needs to be built from scratch, and it is precisely this opportunity to be part of such a project that has driven me to advance even further.

Q7 – Could you tell us about your experience at hipto?

I joined hipto in January 2020 for a graduation internship during my first year of university. I began as a Digital Project Assistant Manager before progressing through an alternating program in the second year at NEOMA's Marketing & Data Analytics program, where I specialized in data analysis. During this period, I established the Data DevOps unit to address hipto's growing needs in managing and analyzing its acquisition data. Upon completion of my internship program, I was hired on a permanent contract (CDI) to continue leading the Data DevOps team, which has since evolved into the Performance team.

Q8 – What is the most important challenge you face in your work?

What's my biggest challenge? I'd say it's successfully eliminating my "polar" entity. The day when no one needs me or my polar anymore—that would mean I've achieved my goal! But well, I think there's still quite a bit more work to be done before I reach that point.

Q9 – What has helped you grow as a person since you started working at hipto?

I believe there is only one thing responsible for all of this: opportunity. I never imagined I would be able to accomplish so much and shoulder such responsibilities. I am particularly grateful for the trust placed in me on a daily basis and for the choices I make.

Q10 – Three words you could use to describe hipto?

It's difficult to summarize "hipto" in just three words. If I had to choose only three words, I would say: Ambition, Performance, and Perseverance.

Q11 – What is your favorite aspect of working at hipto?

I think it's our creativity and ingenuity. We're able to accomplish truly wonderful things with very limited resources. That's beautiful!

Q12 – What is an RSE (Social and Environmental Responsibility) project that you would like to implement at hipto?

Yes! As a leading player in lead generation in Europe, we utilize a vast amount of data. I believe it is crucial to take responsibility for optimizing its use to the greatest extent possible.
